Shipping & Returns


We aim to process and ship all orders, upon the same business day. 

Once your order is processed you will receive a notification of shipment, which will provide full worldwide tracking information. To provide the best products at the most affordable price, we often ship directly from our manufacturer. Please allow between 5 to 7 business days to receive your order and delivery times may vary depending on your location. 

We are happy to accept order cancellations prior to processing and shipment, but please note that after this period we cannot accept cancellations of this nature. This is because we have already incurred shipping costs from our distribution partners at this stage. 

Please, please, please make sure you provide the correct shipping address! My Snuggle Dog cannot be held responsible for lost items due to incorrect shipping addresses, provided by the customer. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.


Returns will be accepted within 30-days of delivery. To initiate your return please contact us by emailing to receive your returns number. Any unauthorised returns may result in refunds being delayed.

If your item is received damaged please email us a photo showing the damage, which will allow us to review and assist appropriately.

If you decide you would like to return an item that is not damaged, please notify us by email and we will provide you with instructions and a return address. Please ensure the item is returned in unused condition and upon receipt we will process the refund for you, as quickly as possible.

If you have ordered in error please follow the above process and we will be happy to refund the original purchase, upon receipt of the returned item. In the meantime, please feel free to either order an alternative or await the refund first, as per the above instructions.  

Please include the returns reference number provided, which will allow us to process the refund as quickly as possible.

Please note the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. We would recommend using a trackable shipping service, to monitor your return and ensure delivery.
